We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who can fully take ownership of our Google Account. This is a freelance position with responsibility for managing and scaling campaigns across 2–3 active projects. 🚀 Your Mission:
• Full ownership of Google Ads end-to-end management (Search, Shopping, DemandGen)
• Setup, manage and scale campaigns with a focus on ROI, revenue, and profitability
• Handle campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, and tracking setup
• Continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven insights and testing
• Identify new growth opportunities and propose proactive strategies
• Provide clear reporting and actionable recommendations


✅ What You Bring:
• 3+ years proven hands-on experience with Google Ads across multiple campaign types
• Track record of managing significant budgets with measurable success
• Strong analytical mindset: skilled at working with KPIs, funnels, and attribution
• Proactive, independent working style – you take initiative without needing micromanagement
• Fluent in German
• E-commerce and D2C experience
