Responsibilities

• Client projects across our practice areas, including Investments, Client & Digital, and Operations. Work in small-to-medium-sized teams with meaningful responsibilities from early on.
• Support and contribute to advisory work for asset and wealth managers, collaborating with senior executives.
• Engage with internal initiatives, including practices, Recruitment, Training, Social activities, and Diversity & Inclusion efforts.
• Participate in mentoring and buddy systems, with ongoing learning and professional development.
• Opportunities for secondments to different regions at more senior levels and potential international placements.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Be on track to achieve or recently obtain a Master’s degree (diverse academic backgrounds welcomed). In Germany, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are eligible.
• Internship experience in a relevant sector (e.g., Consulting, Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Location-based language requirements apply: France – English and French; Luxembourg – English and French or English and German; Germany – English and German.
• Availability to start in September 2026 (or earlier on a case-by-case basis).
• Genuine interest in consulting and in the asset & wealth management industry. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Ambition, proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong teamwork.
• Interest in participating in various aspects of business management, including practices, recruitment, diversity & inclusion, and social initiatives.

• Alpha Interview & Case Study (1h30, virtual).
• Final Round Interview (45 minutes, in person) with a Partner from Alpha.
