Role Overview

As a Graphic Design Assistant, you’ll work closely with our design and marketing teams to create, edit, and deliver engaging digital assets. This is a full-time remote role ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the digital marketing space.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and ads.
• Edit and resize existing designs for multiple formats (1:1, 9:16, 4:5, etc.).
• Follow brand kits and style guides to ensure consistent output.
• Collaborate with the team on content calendars and campaign designs.
• Maintain organized design files and project folders.
• Meet daily/weekly deadlines for assigned projects.
• Requirements
• Experience with design tools (Canva required; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
• Basic knowledge of branding, typography, and layout design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Stable internet connection and quiet remote workspace.
• Must remain available on Zoom during working hours (except breaks).
