Grid Manager – Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)

A leading international renewable energy developer is seeking a Grid Manager to join their Berlin-based team. The company is active across Europe and focuses on delivering high-quality solar PV and wind energy projects from early development through to operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional with early-stage experience in grid connection who wants to deepen their expertise and grow within a supportive, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate grid connection activities for solar PV and wind projects.
• Interface with TSOs/DSOs and prepare required grid connection documentation.
• Support feasibility studies and technical assessments during project development.
• Track and manage grid application milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams across Europe.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in grid connection or electrical engineering within renewables (solar/wind).
• Familiar with German grid procedures and regulations.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; German language skills highly beneficial.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in the renewable energy sector.
