 The role: 
 This role is dedicated to TeamPlayer, a new product by LOTTO24. TeamPlayer reinvents lottery syndicates by bringing the classic group play experience into the digital age – easier, more accessible, and legally secure. Players can join private groups with friends or take part in open communities, making the shared experience of playing and winning more transparent, engaging, and modern. 
 As Partnerships & Growth Manager at TeamPlayer, you will scale one of LOTTO24’s most innovative products. You will explore and establish collaborations with partners from industries such as sports, entertainment, and beyond, turning them into impactful campaigns that drive growth. At the same time, you will activate and expand our player communities, creating initiatives and content that keep groups engaged and growing across product and digital channels. The role stretches from strategy to execution and combines partnership development with hands‑on community activation, giving you the chance to directly shape TeamPlayer’s growth journey. 
 Your tasks:  
  - Partnerships:     
 - Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that drive TeamPlayer’s customer acquisition and business growth 
  - Serve as the key point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and measurable results 
  - Develop activation strategies and joint campaigns with partners 
  - Manage end‑to‑end execution of partnership activities in collaboration with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product, legal) and external agencies 
  - Monitor, report, and analyze outcomes of partnership activities, generating insights to optimize future collaborations 
   
    - Community Activation & Engagement     
 - Grow and activate TeamPlayer groups by driving continuous participation and play frequency within the product 
  - Plan and deliver community initiatives such as raffles, contests, and promotions to drive activity and loyalty within the TeamPlayer groups 
  - Create engaging activations and content within the product and across channels (e.g. winner updates, announcements, motivational messages) 
  - Monitor community feedback, generate insights, and translate them into new initiatives 
  - Oversee and manage community engagement across social media channels 
  - Create engaging content and stories around jackpots, communities, and events for social media, email, and other channels in collaboration with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product)
