Journee is a technology startup focused on real-time AI and developer-focused platforms. We are building Ojin, a real-time generative AI platform for developers, with APIs and inference infrastructure to help build and scale interactive applications and AI agents. We are assembling a small, ambitious team of talented individuals.

The Role

This isn’t a typical marketing role; it’s ideal for someone entrepreneurial, curious, and ready to make a big impact fast. You’ll be hands-on across all aspects of marketing, from growing our social presence and sparking online conversations to testing campaigns and helping create compelling content. You’ll work closely with the C-Level team and Product team, gaining visibility and influence early in your career. This role combines digital marketing and in-person community building, especially around Berlin’s vibrant tech and creative scene.

What You’ll Do

• Experiment with new marketing tactics and channels. Rapidly test, measure, learn, and iterate.
• Engage with online forums, communities, and discussions relevant to our industry.
• Help create engaging content: short posts, blog articles, case studies, marketing copy.
• Manage and grow our social media presence with fresh, authentic, and engaging posts.
• Track key performance metrics and share insights to double down on what works.
• Grow our local community by promoting hackathons and events, both on-site (in Berlin) and virtually.
• Represent Journee at events, meetups, and gatherings to generate excitement for our vision.
• Collaborate with the founding team to bring bold ideas to life and shape our marketing strategy.

• 0–2 years of experience OR strong personal projects that show you can create impact independently.
