Requirements

• Proven track record in festival, music, or creative industry marketing.
• Based in (or well-connected to) Berlin, Amsterdam, or other European hubs.
• Experience running digital growth or paid campaigns for SaaS, creator platforms, or music startups.
• Strong understanding of electronic music culture (clubs, festivals, promoters, labels).
• Understands community growth through content and user activation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Fluent in Spanish; German or Dutch is a plus.

AI-native mindset

• Regularly uses AI tools for creative ideation, automation, or ad/content generation.
• Understands how to integrate AI into marketing operations (copy generation, creative testing, lead automation, etc.).
