Role Description:

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join us on a remote, project-based basis. In this role, you will:

• Build and enrich company and contact lists using AI tools and basic coding skills.
• Launch and test go-to-market hypotheses.
• Analyze and report results to support data-driven decisions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with tools, testing new growth approaches, and supporting early-stage sales strategies.



Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, Reply.io, Lemlist, Lusha, HubSpot, n8n, Instantly, Make.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Strong knowledge of AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Perplexity, etc.) and ability to integrate them into workflows.
• Proficiency in list building with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic coding and parsing skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in sales operations, lead generation, or a similar role is highly valued.



This is not a full-time role, but an opportunity to collaborate on specific projects with flexibility.
