• Strategic and operational management of the 3D division with a focus on quality, efficiency and innovation
• Responsibility for visual excellence and technical development
• Management, motivation and further development of the 3D team
• Identification and implementation of new technologies, trends and tools in the field of CGI
• Resource and budget planning and responsibility

Your profile

• Several years of management experience in CGI/3D
• High quality standards and a strong understanding of visualization and animation
• Leadership experience with a clear sense of team development, motivation and coaching
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner towards customers and partners
• Passion for innovation and further development in the field of CGI and AI
