Your Tasks

• As a Head of Adformats and Propositions, you will lead one of our key product lines. Currently, we define three product lines: Data & Audiences, Adformats & Propositions, and Advanced TV.
• Within Adformats and Propositions, you will develop commercial products that simplify and unify our portfolio. A signature product in this branch is the Media Collections.
• Define the product strategy for your product line and manage its lifecycle.
• Develop new commercial products aligned with the defined strategy.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Optimize revenue generated by your products.
• Promote, educate, and consult on your product range.
• Management: 1 Product Manager.

Your Profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in management of media products or ad tech environments.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills for identifying opportunities, gathering requirements, validating ideas, and managing expectations.
• Good understanding of the needs and dynamics of the buyside, and knowledge of advertising technology, ad servers, SSPs, etc.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools.
• Organized and methodical in work approach.
• Creative problem-solving skills to navigate operational complexities without blockers.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and countries in a decentralized, hybrid setup, demonstrating self-organization, motivation, and adaptability.
