Head of Aftermarket

Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a Global Leading manufacturer and distributor of Customised Injection Moulding and Extrusion Equipment. They are looking to grow and expand even further and are in need of a Head of Aftermarket who will lead & manage their Aftermarket team across Europe.

Overview

The Head of Aftermarket is responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4 Aftermarket Spare Part Sellers, Technical Retrofit Experts, Customer Service Representatives, and Field Service Representatives across Europe
• Develop annual budget, pricing strategy, discounts and credit notes
• Develop an Annual Strategic Life Cycle Management, Sales and Marketing Plan
• Collaborate with the Technical Department to resolve customer issues

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional Aftermarket experience for capital equipment, preferably in plastics processing or injection moulding
• Previous sales and customer management experience
• Experience with International Markets across Europe
