At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Head of AI Enablement to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify all engineering processes suitable for AI automation (requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment).
2. Deploy OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, OpenRouter, and RAG-based toolchains into daily development workflows.
3. Collaborate with DevOps and Head of SaaS to automate onboarding, support, and configuration steps.
4. Partner with Internal Auditor to measure performance uplift and automation ROI.
5. Build AI-first internal applications: prompt libraries, RAG knowledge bots, test generators, document writers.
6. Provide technical leadership on AI/LLM integration: APIs, inference cost, prompt engineering.
7. Educate engineering leaders on AI-first delivery models and productivity playbooks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or Dev Tooling (AI-focused).
• Experience deploying AI/LLM agents into real-world product/dev organizations.
• Strong understanding of LangChain, OpenRouter, RAG pipelines, OpenWebUI.
• Experience from AI-native companies like Replit, Notion, OpenAI, HuggingFace, Retool.
• Capable of owning AI adoption strategy and executing hands-on.
