They’re hiring a Head of AI Operations to lead the rollout and scaling of AI across the organisation, ensuring adoption and measurable impact across marketing, operations, finance, product, and customer experience.

You’ll shape and execute the company-wide AI strategy, build cross-functional alignment, and embed responsible AI practices across teams. The focus is on turning vision into impact, leading change, creating scalable frameworks, and driving real business value through AI.

Responsibilities

Lead the rollout and scaling of AI across the organisation to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale AI, digital, or operational transformation and scaling AI initiatives across an organisation.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
