Your tasks

• Strategic design and further development of application development and implementation of our IT strategy
• Responsibility for project portfolio planning and management of development projects
• Management of selected strategic projects with direct influence on the technological direction
• Responsibility for the development of innovative software solutions that optimize our business processes and increase customer satisfaction
• Evaluating current technology trends and deriving strategic measures
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards and best practices in software development
• Leading and developing a team of developers, architects and subject matter experts
• Managing and coaching managers within application development
• Promoting an innovative and agile working culture
• Budget responsibility and resource planning
  
Your profile

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a management position in the field of application development
• In-depth knowledge of modern software development methods and technologies and the ability to recognize and evaluate trends
• Experience in leading IT projects and project management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong decision-making skills and solution-oriented action
• Ability to motivate employees and develop them in a targeted manner
• Ability to drive innovation and develop technical visions
• Excellent communication skills and a confident manner at all hierarchical levels
