Head of Application Performance Management (m/w/d)

Join us as the Head of Application Performance Management (m/w/d) at Telekom MMS and lead our innovative team! We handle over 3,000 customer projects annually with 2,100 colleagues across multiple locations, shaping a digital, sustainable, and future-ready world. Your role will be central to our success in Application Performance Management.

Locations & Work Details

• Locations: Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Hamburg, Jena, Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Stuttgart), Leipzig, München, Rostock
• Full-time, 38 hours/week
• Moderate travel required
• Languages: Native-level German and excellent English

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the success of our project and service offerings in Application Performance Management
• Strategically position and develop our portfolio in collaboration with sales teams, maintaining strong client and partner relationships
• Create and implement effective go-to-market strategies to attract new clients and maximize revenue
• Develop market positioning that highlights our strengths as a preferred provider for load and performance testing, monitoring, and inventory solutions
• Manage existing client relationships and foster growth
• Identify new trends and customer needs through market analysis to evolve our offerings
• Lead strategic partner management and execute aligned business plans
• Guide the professional development of your team and ensure high-quality service delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• Leadership skills with confidence in engaging with clients and partners at management level
• Experience in software quality assurance
• Understanding of solutions within your portfolio, ideally with relevant tools
• Empathy and interest in team and topic development
• Conflict resolution, mentoring, and coaching abilities
• Proactive, responsible, solutions-oriented, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Values like trust, respect, and mutual appreciation

Preferred Extras

• Experience with international projects and clients
• Knowledge of ITIL service management
• Practical background in software development
• Trend and innovation assessment skills
• Understanding organizational control logic
