Head of Channel (Channel Sales Manager) – Germany

Frankfurt area | Hybrid (Tues–Thurs in office)

€100,000 – €120,000 base + 25% bonus + €700 monthly car allowance

Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for driving growth in the German retail market? We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead a talented sales team and deliver ambitious results for a world-class portfolio of globally renowned consumer brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 4–5 Key Account Managers.
  • Shape and deliver sales strategies that maximise growth across retail channels.
  • Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute brand and channel initiatives.
  • Manage key customer relationships, negotiations, and account performance.
  • Drive retail activation, sales planning, and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

  • German speaker with fluency in English.
  • Solid experience in commercial sales leadership roles (ideally FMCG / CPG).
  • Strong knowledge of the German retail landscape and customer base.
  • Proven people management experience, successfully leading established account teams.
  • Analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
