Kaesler Nutrition, with approximately 140 employees at the headquarters in Cuxhaven, Germany, plus field representatives and an office in China, is a manufacturer and trader of high-quality animal nutrition for all farm animals. The company provides worldwide customers with support and advice.

Responsibilities

• Leading, promoting, and intrinsically motivating subordinate employees, as well as initiating and participating in personnel measures in coordination with HR
• Designing and implementing marketing strategies to position new and existing products
• Developing and implementing measures to increase market awareness and sharpen the brand profile
• Conducting market and competition analyses
• Developing new markets based on these analyses
• Commercializing technical data for storytelling
• Developing and implementing our digital marketing on various digital platforms
• Coordinating external agencies and service providers

Your profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Master\'s degree in a relevant field desirable
• Several years of professional experience as a marketing manager, ideally in the animal feed industry
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms
• Basic knowledge of graphic design desirable
• Experience in implementing marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
