As Head of Data Science , you will lead the charge in shaping how DISH leverages AI and data to transform the HoReCa industry. You bring extensive experience in a senior Data Science or AI leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You have successfully led teams, delivered impactful AI solutions, and know how to translate business challenges into data-driven strategies. Further, you are deeply hands-on, having independently explored and mastered the field and lastly, you know how to unlock business value and generate revenue from data.

Menu of Responsibilities




This role is part of our Data Insights Team , consisting of 3 Centers of Excellence (CoE) and one platform team. You will manage 10 direct reports and be responsible for:





• Enhancing customer & sales impact by driving AI adoption through automation, analytics, and personalization.


• Leading cross-functional squads and managing a multidisciplinary team (DS, DE, Analytics), acting as single point of contact for your business domain, and align priorities with stakeholders.


• Owning the Business CoE backlog and setting priorities, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes.


• Managing and growing the Data Science team, including hiring, onboarding, performance, and career development.


• Collaborating across CoEs & sharing best practices, ensuring balanced resource allocation, and create scalable, reusable solutions.


• Advocating and fostering a culture of innovation and well-being, acting as an escalation point and promoting continuous learning and collaboration.

When you meet the requirements of this role, you can expect an annual salary of approximately 100 - 110k.
