Title: Head of Development

Location: Baden-Württemberg, Germany (on-site every two weeks)

With a major launch planned for 2025 and a dynamic, cross-functional team in place, we’re building an innovative connected product ecosystem—and we’re just getting started.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Head of Development to lead our product development efforts from concept to market. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering team collaboration, and delivering world-class consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure seamless integration of embedded technologies with hardware and software components
Collaborate across internal functions and with external stakeholders to advance and scale the product ecosystem
Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams of 8 or more to deliver high-impact results
Drive end-to-end development of integrated hardware-software solutions, from concept through execution

What We’re Looking For

Several years of experience in project management for consumer tech or IoT products
Strong technical background in both hardware and software development
Proven success applying agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Experience with product industrialization and preparing for market launch

Tech Skills

CAD/CAE
Embedded systems
Programming in C++, Java, or Python
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead diverse, distributed teams
Fluency in English and German, written and spoken
