Requirements

• Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading and scaling technical teams, ideally in dynamic and fast-growing tech environments.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of software and system architecture, scalability, and modern organizational approaches like domain-driven design and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive the building and scaling of a high-performing development team as Head of Development (m / f / d). Create an environment where developers reach their full potential with clear structures, modern technologies, and a focus on technical excellence.
• Ensure the team delivers quickly and reliably without compromising on scalability, security, or quality.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire talent to create a sustainably growing organization by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and processes.
• Collaborate with the CTO and the product and engineering teams to develop a roadmap that balances technical innovation with market-driven priorities.
• Build a strong, high-performing development team through targeted recruitment, mentoring, and fostering individual strengths.
