The opportunity

As our Head of Electrical Site Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and success of our electrical construction sites throughout Germany. You’ll guide a talented team, set industry standards, and ensure every project runs smoothly and safely.

What you will do

Develop and roll out standardized site management processes, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
Act as the appointed Electrical Specialist (“Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft” per DIN VDE ) for all our German sites, working hand-in-hand with our safety officer—from conducting risk assessments to leading safety walks during your site visits.
Manage and support a dedicated team of 11 site managers, including regular check‑ins and documentation of team discussions.
Support our business development efforts by assisting with project acquisition, preparing competitive offers, and negotiating contracts.
Take part in key management and client meetings, sometimes even on an international stage.

What we are looking for

You’ve completed formal training as a master craftsman (IHK or HWK), state‑certified technician, or hold a degree (Bachelor, Master, or Engineer) in electrical engineering.
You bring at least 10 years’ hands‑on experience in electrical engineering construction site management, including leading teams.
You’re up‑to‑date with German occupational health and safety regulations and know how to apply them in practice.
You have a proven track record of streamlining processes and setting up efficient, standardised systems.
You approach challenges with a structured, analytical mindset.
You’re willing to travel regularly within Germany to ensure project excellence.
You speak German at a native level and English at C1 level.
