Stellenbeschreibung:

We are looking for a Head of ERP to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform across our manufacturing business. This role will own the ERP strategy, oversee implementation and enhancements, and ensure the system drives efficiency and scalability across finance, supply chain, and production.

Overview

The successful candidate will define and deliver the ERP strategy and roadmap, lead D365 F&O implementation, upgrades, and integrations, and align ERP with core business processes in manufacturing, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the ERP strategy and roadmap.
• Lead D365 F&O implementation, upgrades, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ERP experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record with D365 F&O (or AX) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and production processes.
• Experience with large ERP projects and global rollouts.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
