In the Center of Excellence Infusion & Pain Therapy (CoE IPT) of the R&D department within the Hospital Care division, we are looking for an open and authentic leadership personality as soon as possible – someone who is passionate and innovative in helping to shape the future of our medical products.

Responsibilities

• Design & Process: Responsible for functional design, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness of our products – including packaging and sterilization
• Transfer & Change: Ensures a smooth transition into production and manages technical changes with foresight and precision

Professional Qualifications

• You hold at least a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in Research & Development, ideally in the field of medical technology
• You also have proven leadership experience with a modern, motivating leadership style
• You possess excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

• You work independently, in a structured and goal‑oriented manner – with a clear focus on what matters
• You think strategically and act in a solution‑oriented way
• You inspire others through your ability to develop teams and drive innovation
• You are characterized by curiosity, openness, and a high level of responsibility
