GROUP AND INVESTMENT CONTROLLING MANAGER

You will be responsible for managing our group and investment controlling team at the headquarters, overseeing related reporting processes, policies, and systems in close collaboration with the finance teams of subsidiaries worldwide.

• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of monthly and annual IFRS financial statements of consolidated subsidiaries according to group standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial reporting processes, including actuals, forecasting, and variance analysis at the group level.
• Develop and enhance the integrated reporting system to create meaningful dashboards and improve business analytics, including AI-based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, especially local finance teams, to ensure accurate reporting, planning, and cash flow management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team by providing ad-hoc financial analysis and decision papers to support global finance strategy.
• Coach, lead, and develop the team, fostering professional growth.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects such as the integration of new subsidiaries, M&A activities, business plans, strategies, and strategic investments.

• Master’s degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within a multinational company with over 5,000 employees.
• Excellent knowledge of group controlling tools, IFRS accounting principles, group consolidation, financial analytics, process modeling, and KPI analysis.
• Proficiency in finance, group reporting, and investment controlling, with experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, Tagetik, SAP S/4HANA.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to link financial insights to business performance.
• Experience advising management and working effectively in international matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel regularly internationally.
• Fluent in English and German.
