• Aufbau und Führung eines leistungsstarken Teams zur Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der unternehmensweiten Zero-Trust-Strategie
• Gesamtverantwortung für das Identity-Team und die ganzheitliche Verwaltung digitaler Identitäten bei Techem
• Aktive Mitgestaltung und operative Mitarbeit im laufenden Zero-Trust-Implementierungsprojekt
• Funktion als Eskalationsinstanz für alle Identitäts- und Zugriffsfragen
• Förderung von Wissenstransfer, methodischer Qualifizierung und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
• Steuerung und Optimierung von Prozessen zur Zugriffskontrolle, Autorisierung und Protokollierung privilegierter Aktivitäten
• Identifikation systemischer Schwachstellen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Identity- und Access-Security-Architektur

Dein Profil - Damit begeisterst Du uns :

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit langjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Zero-Trust und Identity Management
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheitsarchitekturen, Verfahren zur Zugriffskontrolle und Protokollierung
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs-, Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit in technisch komplexen Umgebungen
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
