Job Description:

We are seeking a Head of Information Security to lead our organization's security strategy and operations. The role involves developing security policies, managing incident response, collaborating with technical teams, and leading security awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enforce organizational security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with frameworks like ISO27001, NIST, or SOC 2.
• Lead security monitoring efforts and coordinate incident response.
• Partner with IT and security teams on implementing security tools and practices.
• Liaise with external auditors for compliance initiatives.
• Develop and deliver security awareness programs.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in recruiting new staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber-Security, IT, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer are highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in Cyber-Security roles.
• Proficiency with security tools like SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features, CrowdStrike, and network security concepts.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
