As Head of IoT Sales Germany for Acquisition Sales, you will lead a diverse team of commercial New Business Sales Professionals in alignment with the Leadership Anchors. You will serve as the primary point of contact for complex and high-impact issues, demonstrating sound judgment and decisive leadership. Your role encompasses full responsibility for sales and revenue performance, while also driving organizational effectiveness through team structure, motivation, training, employee development, and talent management.
You will translate overarching sales strategies and objectives into actionable plans within your domain, while shaping strategic direction and policy guidelines.
You hold a degree in business administration or a related field and bring extensive experience in the IoT/M2M domain. You have a proven track record of independently managing and driving new sales initiatives, along with a deep understanding of solution-based selling and strategic consulting. Your approach is holistic, forward-thinking, and results-driven.
