    TASKS WITH IMPACT

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive information security and compliance strategy closely aligned with DOUGLAS Group's overall business objectives
    • Build and lead a high-performing Security & Compliance team with clear responsibilities and development paths
    • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Board, and IT management on cybersecurity, regulatory matters, and risk governance
    • Provide guidance to IT departments and collaborate with operational security teams to turn strategy into executable initiatives
    • Own the governance of security and compliance processes and drive the implementation of a unified security framework across the Group
    • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and prioritization for all information security initiatives
    • Foster a proactive security culture through close collaboration with business units, IT, and corporate functions
    • Establish a framework to continuously evolve our security posture, integrating emerging trends, technologies, and threat scenarios
    • Represent DOUGLAS Group in relevant industry forums and networks while maintaining strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Several years of leadership experience in a senior role within information security, compliance, or IT governance
    • Proven track record in designing and implementing security strategies at group or corporate level
    • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, EU Data Act, NIS2, AI Act) and ability to translate them into actionable policies and processes
    • Strong leadership capabilities including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performance teams
    • High degree of collaboration with operational security and infrastructure teams – balancing strategic foresight with practical execution
    • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels – from technical experts to the C-suite
    • Strategic mindset paired with pragmatic execution skills
    • Open to continuous learning and eager to integrate new technologies, trends, and regulatory developments into our security framework
