Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations across the region, including End User Support, Infrastructure & Network, and Workplace Technology.
• Define and implement the IT Operations strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Hold full P&L responsibility, including budget planning and cost control.
• Manage the regional project portfolio for infrastructure and technology initiatives and contribute to broader European and global transformation efforts.
• Define, monitor, and optimize departmental OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with senior internal stakeholders, including the regional IT leadership, executive board, and business teams.

Your Profile

• IT Operations & Transformation experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple IT departments across various locations, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organisation.
• Strong expertise in managing large and complex IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Proven track record in overseeing broad IT project portfolios across countries or business units.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in setting and tracking OKRs, KPIs, and other performance indicators.
• Excellent stakeholder and senior leadership engagement skills, with the ability to influence at board level.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in German is a plus.
