Our client is one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the sustainability space in Europe. They offer an AI-powered platform that helps companies optimize their energy management and usage. Their mission is to make renewable energy accessible, affordable, and efficient for every business.

About the company – who will you join?

• German B2B SaaS scale‑up, HQ in Berlin, 75 FTE
• AI Energy Management & Procurement platform
• Expansion into Europe starting in 2026
• EU market growing from $250 billion to $400 billion by 2030

About the role – what will you do here?

• Build and grow the marketing team (3 FTE now)
• Own the brand, positioning and messaging
• Lead content and performance strategy (2 main pillars)
• Experiment and define the perfect channel mix
• Lead the expansion into EU markets

About you – what experience do you bring?

• Based in Berlin and German is your first language
• 5+ years B2B marketing experience (ideally SaaS)
• Deep experience in content or performance
• Experience working at a high‑growth scale‑up
• Action‑biased and able to be very hands‑on

Salary package up to €140k p/y + equity.
