Head of Product Management | HealthTech | Remote Germany | German C2 I’m partnering with Recare, one of Germany’s leading HealthTech scale-ups, as they continue to transform how hospitals and post-acute providers manage patient transitions. Recare’s SaaS platform already connects two-thirds of German hospitals with over 25,000 care and rehab providers. Now, with several new AI-driven products in development, they’re expanding their product organisation and looking for a Head of Product to help shape the next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves combining structure with purpose. You’ll lead and coach a growing team of Product Managers, build scalable product processes and make sure delivery stays focused, efficient and customer-driven. You’ll work closely with the Director of Product as a true partner, turning strategy into execution and creating an environment where your team can do their best work. What you’ll do • Lead, mentor and grow a team of Product Managers (scaling from two to six over the next year)• Oversee delivery across several product lines, from Recare’s core SaaS platform to new AI initiatives• Build clear, measurable product processes and use data and customer insight to guide decisions• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA and Business Intelligence• Support lifecycle management, continuous improvement and outcome-based delivery• Help connect day-to-day work with Recare’s mission to simplify and humanise healthcare What we’re looking for • Several years of hands-on B2B SaaS product management experience• Proven people leadership and mentoring skills• Experience in a regulated or data-sensitive environment such as HealthTech, FinTech or InsurTech• Strong understanding of compliance, analytics and MVP-based delivery• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and English Why this opportunity matters You’ll join Recare at a defining moment, helping them evolve from a single successful product into a broader, AI-powered ecosystem that improves workflows and outcomes for patients and clinicians alike.
