In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director & Chief Product Officer and be part of Bonial’s 20+ people strong Product Team , working alongside passionate professionals who are building the next generation of retail marketing solutions. This is an opportunity for an experienced product leader to make a meaningful impact by helping replace inefficient and wasteful print advertising with a smarter, more sustainable digital approach.

Your Role

As Head of Product for our Client-Facing Platforms, you will define and drive the product vision for Bonial’s B2B and internal systems, which form the backbone of how we deliver value to our retail partners. Your scope covers Content Sourcing, Normalization & Publishing, Contract Management, Campaign Planning, and Traffic Management , ensuring that our clients’ campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You will lead and develop a team of skilled Product Managers, setting a clear direction and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Together, you will improve efficiency, scale content production through smart use of AI and automation, and build the tools that keep Bonial at the forefront of digital retail marketing.
