Head of Quality (m/f/d)

Pacific International Executive Search has been exclusively retained to assist a global leading company in the search for a Quality Manager in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. This global manufacturing business is a market leader in molten metal flow engineering, delivering advanced materials and systems that enhance performance, safety, and efficiency in steel and foundry production.

About This Opportunity:

The Quality Manager will lead the development and execution of quality strategy across operations. In this high-impact leadership role, you will manage a team of seven and shape the quality culture by embedding robust systems, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to senior leadership on the effectiveness of quality systems.
• Lead and develop a high-performing quality team.
• Oversee audits, certifications, and internal quality initiatives.
• Manage customer complaint and corrective action processes.
• Drive documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.

Ideal Candidate:

• 8–10+ years of experience in Quality Management, ideally in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Certified Quality Auditor with strong knowledge of quality tools and systems.
• Strategic, proactive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both German and English.
