Full‑time senior sales and operations leadership role within an international manufacturing company. The position is located in Günzburg, Bavaria, Germany.

Annual base salary up to EUR 100,000 (depending on experience), with a competitive incentive package.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team with functional and disciplinary responsibility
• Develop, implement, and refine sales strategy considering market needs
• Introduce and evolve sales KPIs for performance management
• Network management in the photovoltaic & renewable energy sector
• Collaborate closely with senior management and investors

Qualifications

• Completed university studies or comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in sales and team leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset, decisive and communicative
• Structured, solution‑oriented, responsible work style
• High social competence and enthusiasm for developing people and processes
• Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
• Proficient with MS Office suite
