Acting as a strategic interface between Sales and Delivery, we design tailored payment solutions, manage complex customer projects under tight timelines, and ensure smooth execution across all channels. Our work directly supports Nexi’s mission to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric payment experiences across Europe. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Lead and manage a team of Solution Design Managers, Customer Project Managers, and Bid ManagersOversee disciplinary and professional development of team membersAllocate resources efficiently to support all sales channelsImplement processes and control tools to monitor activities and capacityEnsure compliance with Nexi policies and standardsDeliver high-quality pre-sales consulting, project execution, and bid managementCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersRepresent the team in cross-functional meetings and decision-making forumsResolve bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement under pressure What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for a resilient and experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
