Your mission

As a key member of our European Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in executing our growth strategy and shaping the technological direction of our SCM business. Your primary focus will be on expanding and diversifying our product portfolio while ensuring the highest standards of product quality across all markets.
In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Product Development:
  Drive the strategic development and implementation of new supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs), with a strong focus on diversifying beyond fly ash to include granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS), calcined clays, natural pozzolans, and other innovative materials.
• Portfolio Management:
  Oversee and align the SCM product portfolios of our European subsidiaries, ensuring consistency, synergy, and strategic coherence across all markets.
• Technical Leadership in a Matrix Organization:
  Provide direction and coordination to technical experts across our European entities within a matrix organizational structure, fostering alignment and effective cross-border collaboration.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure the highest quality standards throughout the entire SCM value chain—from raw material sourcing and processing to final product application—across all European operations.
• Research & Development Leadership:
  Lead and promote R&D initiatives aimed at optimizing SCM performance, enhancing environmental benefits, and exploring new applications in cement, concrete, and other construction materials.
• Network Integration:
  Strengthen and connect our European network of technical experts, leveraging internal knowledge and capabilities to maximize innovation and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with global supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to identify market needs, evaluate technical feasibility, and successfully launch advanced SCM solutions.
• Market & Regulatory Intelligence:
  Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to ensure EP Power Minerals remains competitive, innovative, and fully compliant.



Your profile

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader with a strong background in cementitious additives and a passion for innovation. In this strategic role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of sustainable construction materials and driving the development of our product portfolio.


• Industry Expertise:
  Extensive and demonstrable experience in the cement industry, with a deep understanding of cement chemistry, concrete mix designs, and the role of supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) in cement and concrete production.
• Product Development & Quality Management:
  A proven track record in managing product quality and leading the development and successful commercialization of cementitious products.
• Leadership Experience:
  Strong leadership capabilities, ideally within a matrix organization, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Specialized Knowledge:
  Expertise—or a strong interest in developing expertise—in a broad range of SCMs beyond fly ash, such as granulated blast furnace slag, calcined clays, silica fume, and natural pozzolans, including their application in other construction materials.
• Strategic and Analytical Thinking:
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into viable product solutions.
• Communication Skills:
  Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Language Proficiency:
  Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French) is a strong asset.
• Mobility:
  Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe.
