Responsibilities:Conducting hazard assessments and risk evaluations
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal regulations
Development and implementation of preventive measures for accident avoidance
Planning and conducting training and instructions
Creation and updating of emergency and evacuation plans
Advising and supporting staff on safety matters
Conducting internal and external audits and inspections
Maintenance and management of safety-relevant documents
Coordination with supervisory authorities and external service providers
Completed training as a safety officer according to § 7 ArbSchG
Several years of professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in facility management or technical building equipment
Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as assertiveness
Interest in and enjoyment of working with people and technology from various trades
