We are a healthcare recruitment company based in Germany (MMC Heinsberg ) specializing in bringing qualified foreign nurses and Ausbildung candidates from India to German hospitals and nursing homes.


Job Overview
We are looking for a freelance consultant who can support us with Employer outreach and establishing cooperation agreements. The ideal candidate will already have experience in healthcare recruitment, HR, or business development in Germany.


Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact hospitals, clinics, and elderly care homes in Germany
• Present our recruitment services and arrange cooperation agreements
• Schedule and attend introductory calls/meetings with HR departments
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare institutions
• Provide weekly reports on outreach activities


Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare HR, recruitment, or business development
• Fluent in German (English is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Based in Germany (preferred)
• Knowledge of Anerkennung process or international nurse recruitment is a plus
