IT Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair end-user devices in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturer guidelines.Provide level 2 IT support via ServiceNow, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware issues and take ownership of complex incidents.Manage accurate asset records in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Serve as primary IT support for multiple locations across Europe, including occasional remote assistance.Participate in IT-related projects and provide on-site or remote support as needed.Represent and promote IT services within the organization.The successful candidate will have:Strong proficiency in Windows 10, VPN, Citrix, and Microsoft 365.Experience with end-user devices, mobile device setup, and peripherals such as printers and scanners.Familiarity with Wi-Fi/WLAN, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.A basic understanding of warehouse operations and handheld device configuration.Knowledge of IT infrastructure, file/print services, Active Directory, and server/network troubleshooting.Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL V3 Foundation certification.Excellent problem-solving ability, time management skills, and collaboration skills across all levels.Good English language skills.
