Job Description

We are looking for a commission-only, full-cycle sales professional who can handle both lead generation and closing using their own AI tools and methods.



Term

This is a short-term role (2–3 months) with immediate start. The right closer can easily earn €20,000–30,000+ in commissions during this period.



Responsibilities


• Full-cycle sales: prospecting → booking → closing.
• Use your own AI lead-gen stack (Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn automation, etc.) to build and manage your pipeline.
• Deliver a minimum of 5 closed deals per month.
• Report directly to the Founder.



Requirements


• Proven track record in high-ticket B2B sales (SaaS, consulting, or startup focus preferred).
• Native-level English written & spoken.
• Able to run the full sales cycle without hand-holding.
• Fluent with AI tools for outbound lead generation.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter, can work independently.



Compensation


• 100% commission-only (no base).
• Offers range from €4,250 – €6,150.
• Commission per deal = €500-700. (depending on expertise)
• Example: 5 closes/month = €20k–30k commission earnings potential.
