Technica Engineering GmbH, part of the Technica Group with around 1,000 employees worldwide, is currently offering a permanent position as HIL Entwicklungsingenieur:in in Munich.

We develop and build our own HIL test systems (Hardware in the Loop) and create our own operating systems, testing frameworks, and hardware for these systems. Our HIL infrastructure team designs new automated test systems, configures them, and commissions the devices. These are used for ongoing validation of hardware and software prototypes in automotive electronics development, working at the forefront of embedded control units in the evolving vehicle technology landscape.

Your Responsibilities with the Team

• Development and implementation of HiL test systems
• Creation of test plans and test cases
• Conducting HiL tests and analyzing results
• Optimizing and further developing the testing infrastructure
• Working with Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery environments
• Collaboration with other engineers and departments

What You Bring

• Completed studies or technical training in electrical engineering, vehicle technology, computer science, industrial engineering, or comparable education
• Experience in developing and conducting HiL tests
• Good programming skills in test scripting (e.g., Python, C++)
• Knowledge of measurement technology (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Good English skills; German language skills are a plus
• Experience in the automotive sector is desirable
