Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship

Are you interested in maximizing your military professional experience while learning how to transfer your skills to the corporate world? Our practitioners bring a collaborative mindset, an appetite for continuous learning, and a desire to grow their skills in meaningful ways — all while delivering exceptional client service.

The Hiring Our Heroes Corporate fellowship program allows Transitioning Military members to participate in a 12‑week fellowship program while they remain employed by the Military. Fellows will be provided Deloitte‑designed learning experience to prepare them for a client service environment with project shadowing integrated; allowing them to transition careers with confidence. Upon successful completion of this 12‑week fellowship fellows may have the opportunity to be considered for a full‑time role.

• Strategy & Transactions

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active Duty members in the U.S. Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
