Technical Talent Partner – Cyber Security, 6 months FTC, native Italian – Remote based Europe

We are seeking experienced Technical Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers with a strong background in hiring cyber security talent across Europe.

Requirements

• Ownership of the role: Experience in Fin-Tech/Financial Services or relevant sectors with direct technical hiring responsibilities. Demonstrated understanding of the cyber security space and talent pools.
• Communication skills: Ability to understand marketplace needs and confidently engage with talent and stakeholders.
• Leadership: Ability to guide and motivate a small team to build talent pools.
• Creativity and proactivity: Support sourcing and engagement across platforms, using AI and tools for benchmarking and assessment. Research and track niche technical talent.
• Sourcing skills: Build large talent pools and ensure effective communication and candidate journey.
• Engagement: Craft relevant outreach for cyber security communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and Germany.
• Ownership and tracking: Manage hiring workflows, fill vacancies, and track data via CRM/ATS.
• Data-driven: Provide accurate reporting and insights to meet KPIs.
• Stakeholder management: Engage effectively with hiring managers, advocate for Elements, and support hiring outcomes.

Proven experience and hiring achievements are essential. Positions are mainly 6+ months fixed-term contracts, with potential extensions, remote work, and native/fluent Italian required.
