Job Title: Interior Architect/Designer

We are looking for an experienced interior architect or designer to support us in the holistic design of our single-family house (approx. 350 m²) in Southern Germany, which also includes two holiday apartments.


This is not just about quick 3D renderings, but about developing a coherent concept for colors, materials, furniture, lighting, and façade design – in close collaboration with us.


What we need:
• Consistent color, material & furniture concept (interior & exterior)
• Furniture planning incl. integrated built-in solutions
• Kitchen & bathroom design
• Lighting concept (fixtures, ceiling, daylight)
• Suggestions for window sizes & façade design
• Realistic visualizations (accurate & implementable)
• Stylish but cost-efficient design of two holiday apartments


What we don’t need:
• Quick renderings without a design concept
• 1:1 implementation of existing plans without creativity
• Someone who did not look at the attachment and does not know about our project and style.


Special Requirements:
• Minimalist, warm, functional style (not cold)
• Upper floor open to the roof – children’s rooms may use ceiling height with a 2nd level
• steel or concrete staircase & carport design
• Integrated built-in furniture (as part of the wall), large mirrors
• Window frame color still open (currently likely white)
