Stellenbeschreibung:

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Availability

The schedule varies weekly but requires at least 25 hours per week, including availability on weekends and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak times to support business needs.

German Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers have a high-quality shopping experience
• Support and train sales floor and warehouse staff
• Ensure smooth store operations
• Part of the management team, responsible for store performance and achieving daily sales goals

Qualifications: What It Takes

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred
• At least 1 year retail experience preferred
• No supervisory experience required
• Fluent in English & German (CEFR B2)
• Customer focus, communication, interpersonal skills
• Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertive
• Flexible, stress-tolerant, ambitious, multi-tasker
• Knowledge of omni-channel services
