    Job Description

    The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

    Work Schedule Requirements

    Schedule varies weekly but should expect to work at least 25 hours per week. Availability is required on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as certain holidays. During peak periods, hours may increase to support business needs.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma / equivalent preferred
    • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
    • No supervisory/managerial experience required
    • Fluency in English & German (CEFR B2 level) required
    • Customer focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing personality
    • Adaptability, flexibility, stress tolerance
    • Ability to multitask
