Your responsibilities:

• Consulting and supporting a defined group of employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Sparring partner for managers on various personnel topics, including recruitment, performance, and talent management, as well as labor law issues.
• Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and company guidelines.
• Planning, controlling, and implementing strategic personnel planning together with the specialist department.
• Conducting job interviews and evaluating candidates to win the best talents for our company.
• Promoting talent management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Collaborating with departments to improve employee satisfaction based on annual employee surveys.
• Confidential cooperation with the works council on personnel matters.
• Further development and implementation of the HR strategy and in various exciting (HR-internal) projects.

What you bring:

• A completed economic science study with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the HR field as an HR Business Partner.
• High customer, business, and results orientation.
• Strong analytical skills, dynamism, willingness to change and learn.
• Ability to successfully deal with complexity.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with the personnel administration system Workday is desirable.
