Our client, an internationally operating chemical company, is seeking for its Düsseldorf branch a HR Manager (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities:

• manage HR team
• operative and strategic HR management
• support and coaching of executives in HR issues
• pursue defined HR-goals and HR KPIs
• support of recruitment processes
• salary verification
• develop employer branding
• employee development via competency analysis and the planning and implementation of relevant trainings
• contribute to change management
• optimize organizational processes and structures
• statistics creation and reporting
• competent contact person for the directors

Your Profile:

• degree in human resources or comparable qualifications
• more than 5 years of profound working experience in HR
• experience in change-projects, experience in project management is an asset
• business fluent English and German language skills
• competent handling of MS Office applications
• pro-active and determined
• excellent communication skills and organizational strength
• experience in working in an international environment is preferable
