The HR Partner Specialized Care (M/F/T) is a subject matter expert responsible for handling escalated associate or manager/supervisor inquiries. You will ensure associates have access to necessary support while maintaining compliance with country-specific requirements. This role reports to the Manager, Specialized Care EMA North & West.

  • Understand and communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures effectively.
  • Provide coaching and counsel on performance, compensation, and career development aligned with business strategy.
  • Guide leaders through difficult situations, employee relations, and conflicts.
  • Ask critical questions to evaluate situations and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of the organization and its operations.
  • Navigate complex global organizations to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide updates and raise concerns regarding service delivery for selected countries.
  • Oversee policy adherence and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of global HR strategies.
  • Handle escalated self-service transactions.
  • Manage performance issues, including coaching, discipline, and PIP processes.
  • Develop personnel policy initiatives aligned with corporate goals, in collaboration with stakeholder managers.

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HR Specialist.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business & Human Resource Management, or related field from a recognized university.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services, HR Business Partnering, or HR Service Delivery is preferred.
  • In-depth experience working with works councils in Germany.
  • Experience with collective bargaining agreements is desirable.
  • Fluent in verbal and written German.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations.
