Position: HR Reporting & People Analytics Consultant / Manager (m/f/d) (100% remote Germany) - German & English Language required

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented HR Reporting & People Analytics Consultant / Manager to join the Center of Excellence team in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. This role involves contributing to strategic HR analytics and reporting initiatives while collaborating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and enhance regular strategic and operational HR reporting and analytics.
• Analyze HR structures and costs, contributing to forecasting, simulations, and personnel planning processes.
• Coordinate with Finance Controlling and global HR analytics teams to align reporting.
• Assist with financial statements and personnel provisions, supporting budget and job requirement reviews.
• Lead and participate in HR-related projects focused on reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with HR Systems & Digital Solutions teams, attending key user meetings, defining requirements, and ensuring implementation in relevant systems.
• Provide expert advice on HR reporting and analytics, and manage external inquiries such as official reports and statistics.
• Update organizational structures and support job evaluations and classifications.

About You:

• Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with a focus on HR or controlling.
• Professional experience in HR, particularly in HR reporting or controlling (4/5+ Years)
• Knowledge of SAP HCM, particularly in organizational management, personnel cost planning, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting platforms (e.g., SAP BW, visualization tools) is an advantage.
• Native-level German and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.

This role does require 1 day onsite in Hannover every 3 months, so very flexible and 99% remote.

Compensation: up to 68,000 EURO
